Position Background
As our Digital Content and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Dirac digital marketing strategy and activity across all our markets and segments together with our Head of Marketing. The role will also focus on the online profile of Dirac with a focus on improving industry and consumer engagement.

You will work strategically and operationally to further develop ourpresence online, through our website, online marketing channels to increase sales andconversions, and to promote our business, product, or service on social media. This involves strong project managing, with the ability to handle internal stakeholders and editing thewebsite to maximize sales, coordinating campaigns and sales activities, and conducting market research.You’ll be good at problem solving and understand how to use technology to help deliver a solution.

Your key responsibilities
Strategy & planning:play a key role in the development of the digital marketing and social media strategies plus lead the planning and implementation to help drive industry and consumer engagement
Stakeholder engagement:engage with stakeholders at numerous levels to get input and feedback on projects
Website:drive the website and our B2B2C website project on a day-to-day basis, manage update request and priorities
Agency engagement:work with agencies
SEO:develop SEO strategy and suggestions, optimize website pages including meta information, tagging, keyword optimization and external link building to increase search rankings and website traffic
Social media:lead the social media activity and create content across a range of platforms
Campaigns:provide input on digital aspects of campaigns including SEM, content and social media
Analysis:undertake analysis of digital marketing data and create reports for use with key stakeholders across the business

What you’ll be doing
You will define our social media strategy in our various markets, analyze, create content, propose strategies, and also work hands-on to manage all our social media channels, in English. It is thus a role that is both operational and strategic. You will work closely with our sales, our marketing department and our bureaus. Your everyday life will be characterized by pace, growth, and creativity. You will also be doing some design work in In Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Your Challenge
You have a high ability to work and collaborate with team members, can prioritize well, and can work at a high pace. You express yourself very well in Swedish and English. You have an interest in sound, technology or perhaps music or have worked in another industry and have gained knowledge and expertise from your experience. You will need to give our copy a facelift so that it is in line with our tone of voice. You are curious and a quick learner.

Furthermore, you have an analytical ability to be able to make accurate quantitative and qualitative analyses of the data we have available to optimize our presence on social media globally and translate them into structured plans.

Your Profile
You have acquired adequate skills on the job in an international company with a few years' experience from a similar role, preferably from an international environment in a start-up or growth company in tech or in a media content company. You work comfortably with different tools on different platforms, both on owned channels and purchased media. As a person, you are driven, positive, curious about digital development, proactive, and independent.
