Our team is made up of passionate experts in all areas and levels of Digital Experience Design: Product UX Design, Strategic Experience Design, Data Experience Design, Experience Design Research, Emerging Tech Design, Digital Taxonomy, Content Strategy, Experience Writing, Optimization Writing, Inclusive Design, Design Systems, Motion Design, and Design Ops to hold us all together and keep us efficient.

What you’ll be doing day to day
Have you dreamed of leading, driving and defining digital content strategy to help billions of customers around the world create a better everyday life at home? The Principal Digital Content Strategist is an amazing opportunity to bring your significant content leadership experience to help IKEA achieve that vision.
As a senior content leader in the Digital Experience Content Center of Expertise, you will be setting the overall strategy ambition and quality level for digital content across all touchpoints. You will further lead content strategy workshops, drive education of digital content strategy, create toolkits, and more to ensure we have a mature human centred content approach.
You are passionate about, and highly experienced in, creating and delivering digital experiences that have big impact in people’s lives and their relationship with a company’s products and services
To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in many of the following:
· Extensive experience in crafting and directing Digital Content Strategy in an omnichannel setting
· Extensive knowledge in driving and implementing human-centred content methods and approaches into cross-functional teams
· Working with a variety of content producing teams to drive a cohesive content experience
· Extensive experience as an inspiring, motivating and hands-on craftmanship leader of content strategist, experience design writers, senior and product ux designers and more.
· Creating and leading digital content strategy education plans and best practice guidance
· Presenting to senior leaders, including C-level
· Extensive knowledge of changing digital trends in order to understand potential innovative content solutions that meet human needs
· Setting Digital Content Strategy best practices by continually benchmarking against industry standards to continuously validate and improve deliverables
· Extensive knowledge of leading and working in an agile, highly collaborative team of product, tech, and data co-workers

The team has a clear vision: to create everyday digital experiences for the many people through our human-centric methodologies that enable design, inspiration and innovation.

This role reports to the Head of Digital Experience Content and is located Malmö, Sweden. Our organization has co-workers in Amsterdam, Sweden, Madrid, Shanghai and Philadelphia.
