What do we offer
Business Finance in Product Creation is responsible for securing the profitability of our future and existing products and services. We are controlling both Complete Car Programs and Product Streams regarding material cost, resource allocation and investments.

As a Digital Controller you will be able to both create, develop and influence your daily work. We are looking for talented people with a positive mind-set.

In Digital we are focusing on both creating our front-end consumer experience but also building the internal platforms and tools we need for manufacturing, research and development, and a truly modern Digital worklife. We’re committed to building agile, product-centered software teams that start with the user and consumer in mind.


What you’ll do
As a Digital controller you will be part of a team of 5 people and you will work closely together with the Digital function. You will be responsible for controlling one or several areas as well as having a Digital overall perspective.

You will contribute and act in a management team and operationalize financial targets. You will work continuously with moving targets and outlook, long-term business planning and specific business cases. Other tasks are to evaluate financial impact on operational development and improvement initiatives together with continuous improvements of the financial processes.

Increasing the transparency of the Digital spending is an ongoing challenge. You are business minded and can provide an external perspective. You will also drive financial mind-set and business acumen within Digital.

Do you fit the profile
* You have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering or similar
* You have controller experience and/or you have experience from within an IT organisation
* Strong business acumen with good analytical skills
* You are able to understand, interpret and communicate financial information in a contextual and visual manner
* Strong leadership skills in areas of business acumen, integrity, drive for result, and teamwork
* Strong communicator
* Fluency in English


Desired qualifications
* Experience in Power Bi
