Digital Coordinator
Do you have experience in digital development and a relevant education in the field? Do you also want to work in a company that puts the person in focus and looks after your development in your career? We at MODIS are currently looking for a Digital Coordinator for a position in Gothenburg!
About the role
You will be working within the Digital Global Capabilities area to serve our new or established markets and offices. You will be our department´s point of contact when it comes to enterprise requirements and needs for all our global markets and offices. With your expertise you will ensure that these requirements are addressed to the right department and follow the requests from start to finish. You will need to analyse and present solutions, based on our standards, guidelines and policies to avoid specific market solutions. Handle showstoppers and dependencies both for new and existing network, hardware and application setup by working close with our departments for Enterprise Services. The Digital Coordinator is responsible to deliver continuous improvements and to manage changes that affects the digital services throughout the entire lifecycle.
Main responsibilities
• Holistic view by coordination for all markets´ enterprise services (network, hardware, standard applications and Service Desk)
• Be the point of contact and have a close collaboration for all our markets
• Gather initiatives and issues and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Raise any local digital questions, concerns and requirements to responsible functions
• Participate and invite to meetings and register minutes of meetings
• Ensure the solutions are built according to policies, guidelines and best practice
• Share important information to our markets
• Cross functional collaboration with business, stakeholders and external parties
• Work close to and inform Digital Global Capabilities Lead
• Assist Digital Lead by creating documentations, checklists and presentations
• Uphold Digital Global Capabilities mission, vision and KPI´s
Deliveries
The Digital Coordinator will be responsible for delivering the following outcomes.
• Coordinate and update various documentations
• Setup and participate in internal/external meetings
• Follow the intake process for local digital questions, concerns and requirements to responsible functions
• Register minutes of meetings and forwarded and follow up actions
• Maintain and update policies, guidelines and best practices
• Make sure that our markets get the right information
• Uphold a good collaboration with business, stakeholders and external parties
• Participate in setting up processes for Digital Global Capabilities
• Create, maintain and update documentations, checklists and presentations
• Follow up KPI´s and present these for Digital Lead
Competence specification
The Digital Coordinator should have the following competence and expertise.
• Have more than five years´ experience working in relevant roles in digital organizations
• Proven experience from working in digital enterprise and operations area
• Are experienced within project management (desired)
• Have proven knowledge of standard policies, practices, and standardizations within the relevant area of business
• Comfortable with processes, to be able to understand and help problem solving with technical teams and addressing their concerns
• Have a strategic mindset with the “big picture” view
• Analytical, organized and solution-focused
• A person with strong social skills, service-minded attitude and problem-solving mindset
• A team player, collaborator and individual contributor
• Collaborator with cross-functional teams from enterprise, support, strategy and business
• Focused on our markets on a global level
