As our Digital Coordinator, you will help us provide digital full-service opportunities throughout the organization. You will be an important member of our team!
The Digital Coordinator is in charge of the daily management and optimization of our digital tools, such as PIM (Product Information Management set-up), marketing automation and a variety of apps and digital sales tools. When it comes to digital tools, the Digital Coordinator is the voice of our business areas in interactions with IT.
Daily activities include for example:
- Daily system management activities such as maintaining system structure, adding and mapping unmapped assets, contributing to improvements, analysing system reports.
- Together with stakeholders formulating and defining change requests and new requirements, prioritizing requirements and contributing with business knowledge to the development solution.
- Roll-out of digital projects to local markets and coordinating feedback to stakeholders and agencies.
- Training new users, sharing knowledge and best practices and acting as a backup to our Marketing Technology manager.
Qualifications and skills
- Strong service focus.
- Attention to details.
- Good communication skills and capacity to work cross-functionally with a broad diversity of colleagues from all markets and departments.
- A good team-player.
- A strong interest in learning how the business operates and why so, to be able to contribute to the best prioritization and the solution for all change requests.
- Structured and effective with prioritization. Ability to manage multiple parallel activities and deliver quality releases on schedule.
- High proficiency in English language.
- Flexibility as service and competence is expected.
Desirable experience
- Relevant degree from an accredited institution
- Experience from working with marketing automation and digital tools
- Experience from working with global companies
- Experience working with IT teams
