Our Commercial Strategy & Data Transformation unit is rapidly growing and therefore we are looking for junior Analytics & Optimization Consultants with a sharp analytical mind to join our ambitious team.
What will you be doing?
You will be a part of our Data Transformation team which is passionate about analytics, data, marketing technology, and business optimization. You will work with other specialists within digital analytics strategy, analysis, technical analytics, etc., and will therefore have an excellent chance to develop your skills.
We have subject matter experts in areas as Tag Management, Digital Analytics, different Marketing Platforms, Data Engineering and Data Visualization. Therefore, there are many directions to develop in and contribute to.
Your daily work-life will be formed around:
Discover and learn about the tools and technology of today and tomorrow, to help our client’s businesses grow through the power of data
Creating, auditing, and implementing measurement frameworks (KPIs, tagging plans, reporting, analysis, etc.)
Implementing tracking and tagging systems through for example Google Tag Manager
Analyzing data in for example Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Creating dashboards and data visualizations with tools like Google Data Studio and/or Power BI

You will be working in cross-functional teams together with both subject matter experts as business strategists, analysts, data scientists, and other marketing technology experts. Your overall mission is to help our clients reach the strongest digital setup possibly by guiding and walking them through the process. Furthermore, making sure it happens in the right order and needed Valtech specialists. You will be working closely with your clients along with your client team, making sure Valtech delivers top-quality consulting.
Our marketing technology services include business strategy, platform design, and hands-on implementation. We work from a full-stack approach including marketing automation, Data Management Platforms/Customer Data Platform, personalization, analytics, and data science/AI, and our platform expertise cover Adobe, Google, Tealium, Oracle, Marketo, and more.
What do we expect from you?
You have relevant certifications and/or experience in the before mentioned fields of expertise. Experience and interest in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is considered a big plus. It is qualifying if you have experience of working globally with luxury brands.
