We are looking for a Digital Delivery Specialist. You will manage all aspects of the delivery process for Physical and Nonphysical software media products securing on-time availability and quality standards.
Your responsibilities
Responsible for Media production, such as CD/DVD/DVD-DL, USB, Flash Cards and Nonphysical media download and related support.
Properly plan the deliveries and activities, for physical and nonphysical Software media in a way to have them completed on time, thus contributing to COTD of the deliveries from the P&F Center.
Ensuring correct stock levels and complete check and alignment according to planned consumption of products both for older software versions as well as for the latest versions.
Responsible for setting up new or upgraded Software products in SAP and attend Software new release or upgrade projects by either supporting or contributing to the projects, applicable also for both product and business processes enhancement projects.
Responsible for preparing and maintaining Master software’s including complete Antivirus Scan as per Cyber Security guidelines.
Responsible for guaranteeing readiness, testing and configuration of all operational workstations to ensure digital deliveries such as USB burning workstation, flash cards burning racks, CD-DVD burning workstation, standardized servers, and back-up server.
Supporting P&F Center activities related to 3rd party Software distribution; monitoring fees and royalties to be paid to Suppliers.

Your background
You have at least 5 years of work experience within Information technology and/or production.
You have a technical university education preferably within software engineering or supply chain management.
Since you will work in a global company, you need to master Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
Preferably knowledge of SAP.
