We are excited to welcome yet another star to our Education Services Team at Tobii, working out of our Headquarters in Stockholm. You will be joining the team that are the product experts and to whom colleagues and customers turn to when in need of training, advice and technical competence! We build strong, long lasting relations with our customers and actively work to obtain and develop broad knowledge of their needs. This is the place to be if you like to help out and solve problems!
You will be reporting to our Manager of Customer Success & Development and collaborate closely with our segment managers, field matter experts and coordinate with our local offices in North America, China and Japan. As our new Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for setting our knowledge framework and build our e-learning offering for our different segments

Your days will be filled with:
Demonstrating experience incorporating adult learning theory, practices, and methodologies into the creation of e-learning materials used in a business setting
Conceptualizing and creating various training curricula for a diverse audience.
Leading and consulting with cross-functional stakeholders in Global Organization.
Continuously evaluate training programs, identify gaps, and implement solutions.

Things we think you have experience of!
Experience in managing and administrating an LMS
Experience in the following platforms:
Salesforce
LearnUpon
Photoshop
Are fluent in spoken and written English.
