Your ‘day to day’
We are now looking for a Digital Engagement Lead to join our organisation and be responsible for our eCommerce platform and digital activities in Sweden.
Your responsibilities would include:
· Strategise yearly CRM/promo activity plan and execution in cooperation with local and HQ eCommerce teams including campaigns integration, new features implementation and platform roll-out across categories
· Define, execute and optimize CRM engagement (aligned to global frameworks and Consumer Experience guidelines) including messaging, testing/optimization, audience segmentation, creative requirements and frequency.
· Manages vendor relationship and databases, in formulating strategies, strategy execution, asset deliverable management, as well as the testing of all SMS, emails and other digital communication tools, among other multi-channel communications
· Partner with senior stakeholders and define CRM strategies on the calendars to enable the continuous and consistent testing, learning, and optimization in order to maximize consumers’ lifetime value
· Drive innovation and enable personalisation by with advanced eCommerce tools and transformation of new omnichannel e-services/initiatives/features
· Lead & monitor CRM journeys & website key metrics to improve channel effectiveness, (UX/UI) usability and performance
· Shares new and emerging CRM best practices across the business in order to give the business a competitive edge over competition in consumer acquisition and engagement


Who we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will have worked for 5+ years within ecommerce and digital marketing and have the following skills and experience:
· Experience in P&L management
· Experience leading and building a team
· Understanding of CRM, operations and web analytics (Google Analytics)
· Experienced working cross-functionally at different seniorities
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media
