We are now establishing a Data & technology department in Core business Range, with the assignment to lead by holding together data & technology in the core business. All with the purpose to enable business movements. We are now looking for a Digital Ethicists within the Information management team in this new exciting set up.

You are joining us in an exciting time! As Digital Ethicists, you bring the awareness of digital ethics and the associated responsibilities across Inter IKEA. You lead and contribute towards the design of the methods and frameworks to facilitate ethical discussions and decision.
You will be representing Core business Range in Inter IKEA Digital ethics forum.
You will:
Provide expert advice and cross-organisational support on ethical discussions, dilemmas and decision making.
Lead and contribute the identification and scoping of key (or new and emerging) digital related ethical issues that could affect the IKEA brand.
You will have an important role in the development and implementation of the roadmap which will operationalize Digital Ethics from current to future state.
Responsible for identifying, developing, and embedding digital ethics knowledge and competence in Core Business Range.
Provide input into the drafting of agreements to ensure they comply with our digital ethics principles.
Represent Core Business Range through participating in related legislative industry consultations and in various forums or bodies.
