As a Digital Event Coordinator you will work directly with customers to help develop and plan their virtual events, providing project management and technical assistance from the initial sales process through to execution and delivery. Reporting to the Events Manager, and working closely with the sales team, you will help create project timelines, training schedules and post event reviews to ensure a smooth delivery of a wide range of events and the highest level of customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Project management of simultaneous digital events, collaborating directly with customers throughout the complete project lifecycle.
- Communication with key stakeholders both internal and external on planning, progress and event outcomes.
- Develop and deliver training materials for clients and internal teams, including online knowledge base articles and manuals.
- Manage and coordinate all technical requirements for customer and internal events including configuration of the virtual platform environment and managing content delivery.
- Coordinate with the sales, development and marketing teams to help develop the product.

Who are we looking for?
- Experienced project coordinator, preferably within the event industry.
- Technical experience with virtual event platforms and video conferencing tools.
- Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong sense of customer service and able to develop the solutions and services that make our customers successful.
- Ability to work independently and be extremely self-sufficient.
