Our team is made up of passionate experts in all areas and levels of Digital Experience Design: Product UX Design, Strategic Experience Design, Data Experience Design, Experience Design Research, Emerging Tech Design, Digital Taxonomy, Content Strategy, Experience Writing, Optimization Writing, Inclusive Design, Design Systems, Motion Design, and Design Ops to hold us all together and keep us efficient.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As the Head of Digital Experience Content, you will be a senior design leader responsible for our Digital Content Center of Expertise, and for driving and delivering digital taxonomy, content strategy, experience writing and optimization writing initiatives across Group Digital, and the broader IKEA Group.
You are a passionate, empathetic, seasoned people leader with demonstrated experience scaling and leading content teams.
You are passionate about understanding the humans using our digital products, and driving human-centered-content efforts to help create unique IKEA digital experiences for both customers and coworkers.
You are an enterprise thinker and can seamlessly navigate a complex global corporate structure to infuse human-centered digital content approaches and outcomes into all areas of the business.
You have a strong and compelling leadership portfolio communicating your leadership beliefs, capabilities, content approach, notable career achievements, case studies of your leadership skills, projects your teams have delivered, and more
To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in many of the following:
• Creating an atmosphere of positivity, empathy, and compassion to foster psychological safety, connection and collaboration.
• Defining relationships, ways of working and maintaining collaboration with external content producers to increase their digital understanding to ensure content is delivered to meet digital standards
• Leading, coaching, and developing the team to promote individual growth and mentorship at all levels
• Leading content direction, approaches, standards and delivery for all areas of the team, including Digital Experience Writing, Content Strategy, Taxonomy and Optimization Writing
• Growing content maturity within product teams and the larger organization
• Driving business-wide understanding, adoption, and advocacy of content approaches and offerings with key stakeholders, up to Management Board, to establish and maintain capabilities
• Presenting, advocating and inspiring content strategies to teams and leadership, including experience engaging with executives up to the CEO
• Driving content research approaches and outcomes to ensure content delivery meets the needs of our end users
• Leading and managing team members in different locations
