Digital Experience Designers

We are looking for experienced Digital Experience Designers in Malmö to work in a pioneer role and to strengthen our team within the the Digital Experience & Capabilities domain.
Your role
You will work in Loihde Advisory primarily as a consultant in top-notch customer assignments, but also support our internal development projects. Some client references can be seen on our site but unfortunately many of our projects are not public.
In typical customer assignments, you will be working with wide variety of stakeholders from business owners, operative personnel to development and architecture teams. Your responsibility is to design digital channels and services holistically keeping in mind end-to-end view on operations, architectures and solutions. You like to design with realistic data and content and avoid lorem ipsum, you might have experience on service concepting, set up or continuous optimization.
Domains for work are for example digital commerce, digital marketing, or professional tools. Typically you also plan and coordinate the needs for implementation work with other architects & development teams.
Who are we looking for?
As a Digital Experience Designer, you have knowledge of basics of UX UI, CX, Service design or similar, and you might be familiar with omnichannel user experience, marketing, business design or design systems. You have experience on gathering insights or running customer tests to validate your decisions. Data from analytics is familiar source for insights to you. Your experience on the field might be from hands on learning, or education accompanied with some tacit experiences. You have worked as a part of team or are collaborative by characteristics. Experiences from large organizations is a plus. We are looking for you who has at least 5 years of experience.
As a person, you think holistically, and you are proactive and eager to learn new. You also have good communication, presentation and facilitation skills, and you think both business and tech fluently along with end user perspective. But most of all you are hands-on!
