WorkShop is now looking for a Digital Experience Manager for Chromebook in Stockholm. Do you have a background in digital marketing and want to work for one of the world’s most innovative tech companies? Just keep reading!
As a Digital Experience Manager your main goal is to optimize how Chromebooks can be presented even better in online retail. You will do this by working closely together with the Chromebook Channel & Operations Manager, Marketing Manager and the field team to find opportunities for improvements and influence the retailers. You will be responsible for optimizing path to purchase and conversion, analyzing opportunities and implement visuals for campaigns. You will do a weekly analysis of online Chromebook performance, create monthly performance reports and do online audits.
Responsibilities:
• Provide actionable insights of the online business and opportunities for improvement
• Act as an advisory role towards the Retail Operations & Marketing team
• Plan and execute quarterly plans with a focus on improving the positioning of Chromebooks online
• Stay updated on digital trends as well as digital competitor activity
• Creating an understanding of the optimal customer journey and gaining insights into customer behavior and forthcoming opportunities
• Develop strategies and new concepts to increase conversion rates
• Ensure a state-of-the-art Chromebook customer experience on the retailers websites
To succeed in this position, we believe that you who applies have proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce. We believe you love the customer journey and likes to analyze customer behavior. You have the ability to influence others and you are curious with an analytic mindset. You are eager to improve and very results oriented as a person.
We also believe that the right person for this role has:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar
• Relevant marketing educations or studies
• Expertise in e-commerce
• Data analysis skills (pivot tables, dashboards etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in one Scandinavian language
• Not mandatory but a big plus if you have a passion in UI/UX
