About this opportunity
We can offer you a senior platform owner role with the great ”once In a life time opportunity” to transform an entire business. For many years we have based our business on the black gold, oil but from now on our new gold is data, mobility solutions and renewable energy. To be able to succeed in this fundamental change that digital transformation is we need a super hero that is ready to lead the development of our platform for all future eCommerce and Online Content in Sweden and Denmark. We will trust you to drive the demands in the service and products that will utilize our new platform. The platform has not yet been established, so you will be a crucial part of the journey of creating a truly omnichannel experience for all of our customers.
You will be working out of our office in Stockholm or in our office in Copenhagen, report directly to the Head of Digital Common Platforms.
About the role
The Platform Owner role is a part of the Common Digital Platform organization within in our IT & Business Innovation department.
A key element of success in the Platform Owner role is, to develop and maintain strong relationships to our Product Owners in related areas as well as our Service Partner and related suppliers. Stakeholders will also include areas from our Security department as well as Business Stakeholders
The Platform Owner’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the ongoing work of:

Staying on top of trends within unified commerce platforms and driving the platform roadmap in close collaboration with the different Product Owners within the organization as well as Partners and Suppliers.

Facilitating and leading product design workshops regarding the platform
-
Developing, implementing, and monitoring the different services or modules we have in the platform
-
Through internal stakeholder collaboration, gain a strong understanding of our customers' needs (present and future) and develop a cohesive vision of OKQ8/Q8 solution

Support our internal and external teams in clearly defining and framing needs and clearly communicating roadmap and priorities

About you
The desired candidate will have the following personality traits or personal characteristics:

Your experience and background
-
5+ years of experience from eCommerce, CMS and agile end to end implementations with solutions from Optimizely
-
5+ years of knowledge of building the ground for Online engagement in a platform world, giving the business possibilities module by module and therefore deliver new business possibilities in the IT products surrounding platform.

Experience in data mesh and microservice based decoupled architecture

Experience from handling service development through external vendors
-
Fluency in English and in one of the Nordic languages (working language is Scandinavian)
