Assignment Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Expert to lead our Data Sharing Task Project. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in data governance, strategy, management, and operations, as well as experience leading transformational change and driving strategic growth through data and insight.
What you'll do:
· Lead the Data Sharing Task Project involving legal, enterprise architecture, data, commercial, and R&D teams
· Identify existing challenges in the above areas related to data sharing
· Map out current initiatives across teams and evaluate their impact on data sharing and harmonization
· Develop a comprehensive strategy for tackling data sharing across the digital landscape in collaboration with the legal team
Who you are:
· 10+ years of experience as a senior data strategist or data governance consultant
· Proven ability to drive strategic growth through data and insight
· Strong experience in data governance, strategy, management, and operations
· Excellent leadership and change management skills
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
