Digital Finance & Purchasing Business Analyst in Gothenburg

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Business Analyst – Digital finance and Purchasing with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
The consultant will work as a liaison between various stakeholders to understand our client's organization's benefits and needs, structure, policies, operations, and culture, and to recommend approaches, opportunities, and solutions that help the organisation achieve its objectives.


This role is very fluid, with a few larger tasks and a slew of smaller ones.
In Digital Finance and Purchasing, assist the Digital Product Manager (DPM) and Digital Leads (DL) in areas such as:
Assist with global deliveries based on digital finance applications (for example, Workday, S4HANA), from gathering and analysing business requirements to customising and deployment by internal and external resources. Pre-studies are managed in the Finance department based on our client's application landscape.


Determine and comprehend business requirements, as well as define and prepare for the delivery of digital solutions.
In collaboration with the DPM and DL areas, assist in the development of long-term strategies and tactical roadmaps.
Support and facilitate collaboration among other functional teams and partners in order to achieve our client's objectives. Together with other functional teams and partners, seek continuous improvement and efficient solutions and operations.


Contribute to the digital organization's evolution & Drive digital innovation and outside-the-box thinking with a failure fast mindset.


Support the global digitalization of processes supporting all Finance Cluster areas for all of our clients' markets. For example:
Order to cash
Purchase to pay
Core finance
Controlling
Indirect purchasing
Support
Support all other initiatives that will span across current and new markets.
Work with ways of working and assist the Digital lead and Digital product manager





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Intermediate to senior generalist business analyst with systems and data flow mapping experience.
Ability to work independently and have good communication skills.
Being able to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, both interdependent and independent.
Working knowledge of epics, user stories, and requirements management from Workday, Jira, or similar tools.
A candidate with at least 2-5 years of experience in Digital Finance and a thorough understanding of ERP in a global setting.
