What we are looking for
We are looking for a Digital GSC Logistics Business Analyst with a personal drive to contribute to the overall Schneider Electric growth plan. You will report to the Digital GSC Logistics DevOps Manager.
You will be responsible:
As a Digital GSC Logistics Business Analyst your role is to support applications management and to contribute to local or regional project initiatives for Distribution Centers in Europe.
Responsibilities
In more details the position objective is to:
• Provide on demand ERP solution expertise to the Distribution Centers
• Manage applications evolutions, from business requirements clarification up to solution deployment to Live environment
• Provide knowledge of local processes for new projects, capture local requirements to support new initiatives
• Promote and facilitate deployment of best practices and innovative solutions, ensure alignment of processes and solutions
• Contribute to local or regional projects impacting Distribution Centers, facilitate proper integration with local landscape / context
• Interact with internal and external partners for application solution delivery
• Monitor incidents management process and bring expertise to solve issues on operations when requested
Required skills and experiences
• Education: Master Engineering Degree
• Certifications: SAP certifications are a plus
• Project management certifications are a plus
• Job Related Experience: 3+ years of experience in similar position
• Experience in Logistics business processes (Warehouse Management, Logistics Execution, Transport & Customs)
• Experience in IT industry and IT delivery model
• Technical Skills: ERP solution (SAP, Manhattan)
• Good knowledge of at least two of the following SAP modules: SD/MM/LE/WM
• Soft Skills: Leadership
• Communication skills
• Cross-cultural management
• Customer and delivery oriented
• Language: Fluent English
• Travel requirements: In average once every quarter in Europe
