We are looking for a Digital Guidance Solutions Lead who contributes to Etteplan’s growth and development within technical information. We are looking for you, who together with the Technical Documentation Solutions organization, can take responsibility for developing and implement our digital solutions. Etteplan operates currently in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and in China. You will work together with service minded and professional people. Position is preferably located in Eindhoven, Stockholm or Helsinki, but could also be located in other Etteplan offices in the Netherlands, Sweden or Finland. The work requires traveling to other Etteplan and customer locations, mainly in Europe.
Your Responsibilities and Tasks
As Digital Guidance Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for leading, growing and developing our digital solutions business within technical information with existing accounts as well as with new business opportunities, in close cooperation with managers and sales at Etteplan. You will take lead and be a symbol and figurehead for the digital solutions within TDS globally and if relevant take on Service Product Manager role.Additionally, you will:
Follow, compile and drive market and trend analysis’
Develop our offering and value proposition within digital solutions incl. content delivery platform, apps, VR/AR, AI etc.
Support business directors, regional and department managers to generate new leads
Manage our guiding coalition of experts related to our digital solutions services and be the link to Etteplan IT and Etteplan Software and Embedded Solutions
Member of global Service Solutions management team within Technical Documentation Solutions.
Your experiences and qualifications
We expect you to be passionate about relationship selling and get energy from being with customers. You have several years’ experience from solutions sales. If you have worked within the industry sector that is an advantage, but not necessary.
You are conceptual and solution focused; we are not selling products or technologies, we are selling service solutions enabling our customers to succeed in a changing and competitive business environment.
We believe you have/are:
Master of Engineering or Economics degree
At least 5 years of Sr. Business Analysis and/or Solution Design experience with English as working language
Experience working directly with clients, including upper management and subject matter experts, as well as internal teams
Knowledge of the development process for web-based and mobile applications
Understand the client needs and translate said needs into actionable requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to clearly articulate complex business requirements in a variety of formats
Analytical and structured approach to work
Fluent in English
Software and engineering professional services business experience is an advantage
Additionally, it will be a great advantage if you have worked in a matrix organization as you need to operate locally as well as internationally.
