About us
Volvo Cars is on an ambitious journey when it comes to electrification, aiming for 50% of global sales to be pure electrified by 2025. To ensure we can achieve and sustain a strong position in the market as an electrified OEM, it is critical to have a solid set up for how to handle aftermarket challenges.
Car Service Operations have implemented Battery Centers in each region to secure battery pack replacement supply for the aftermarket as well as fulfilling Volvo Cars strategy for electric vehicle batteries post 1st life. Our ART Battery Life Cycle Service purpose is to ensure hassle free usage for consumers by creating maximum value throughout the Battery lifecycle.
Battery Lifecycle Services manage analysis, repair/remanufacture and storage as well as build BEV and PHEV battery packs for re-use in vehicles. Our activities include Repurposing (BESS) applications, battery take back of severely damaged batteries and logistic solutions.
About the position
As Digital Integration leader you are responsible for developing and integrating the digital applications and systems to support traceability of batteries within our various flows for our Regional Battery Centre, collection and recycling operations.
You will work with both internal and external stakeholders towards supporting Volvo Cars sustainability and circularity goals as well as meeting our statutory reporting requirements.
We plan to develop new capabilities and in doing so ensure digital traceability across the battery lifecycle.
What you will do
• Identify digital tools and IT systems.
• Integrate IT systems to track the lifecycle of HV batteries.
• Data integration and transfer mechanism through SOAP API, File transfer.
• Data reporting and analysis using Power BI/Tableau.
• Knowledge about IT Systems like Azure DevOps, Github, Grafana.
• Support development of IT systems to handle logistics and data management.
• Technical knowledge about HV batteries is a plus.
• Working cross functionally with Digital Core and Developers to integrate the different systems within VCC.
• Knowledge about SharePoint.
You and your skills
You have a university degree in Engineering, IT or equivalent.
You have experience from project management within IT or similar.
Working agile and knowledge of EV battery flows would be an advantage.
You are fluent in English, spoken and written.

You are committed to the Team´s deliverables with high precision and excellent quality. You can lead and steer according to the business' values and goals and easily interact both within and outside your team.
