This position is located at our Lindholmen office in Gothenburg. We understand that work-life balance isn’t easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.

What you'll do

As the Digital Lead, you will own the vision and the roadmap for the digital team, and responsible for planning & execution. You are responsible for specific business KPIs, and responsible for ensuring capacity demand and supply matching is upheld, on a long-term and sprint basis.

You will work closely with your team to ensure business value and that user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary. With your understanding of the market/industry, customer needs and tech-savviness you will ask the right questions and steer the team in the right direction

We are looking for you who is a confident relationship builder, working alongside external and internal stakeholders to support your team in developing your digital products/services/platforms.

Who you are

To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:

- Have previous experience as a Digital lead/Product Owner from a tech/software context. Preferable within a fast-growing tech companies/agencies
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Familiarity with relevant software and standards and experience with cloud computing in any public cloud is desirable
