Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Set the overarching vision for the Connected Workshop digital team, ensuring alignment with the broader Digital strategy.
Collaborate with Digital Product Manager, Solution Architect, and Data and Analytics team to align the team’s strategy with the Digital vision.
Define an end-to-end output strategy for digital products, services, and platforms, from inception to production.
Prioritize capacity, including communicating changes in resource needs to the Digital Product Manager.
Follow up on team-level KPIs and OKRs, steering the team’s direction if necessary to meet set targets.
Support the Digital Product Manager in budget planning for the Digital Product Area.
What you bring:
Proven track record in a product owner or tech lead role with a focus on data products.
Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams towards a product vision within an agile setting.
Significant experience in developing end-to-end Data-oriented Solutions.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in tech, design, and business.
Efficient communicator comfortable engaging with business stakeholders.
Familiarity with ML-based production systems, Databricks, MS Azure ML, and MLOps.
Knowledge of data management, data security, and access control in the cloud.
Familiarity with Big Data technologies desired, including Hadoop, Spark, H20.ai, Cloud AI platforms, and containerization.
Proven understanding of standard precision practices, technology, and industry principles.
Experience within the automotive sector is advantageous, with a merit in the aftermarket.
