Digital Lead - Core Finance

About the role

As Digital Lead you will own, operate and continuously improve the digital products within Core Finance. You will lead and manage the team in global deliveries with tasks ranging from business requirement gathering and analysis, to customizing and deployment done by internal and external resources, using Workday and S4 Hana applications. This role includes responsibility for digital enablement for processes supporting Core Finance on a global level for all Polestar markets.



What you will do

- Lead and manage pre-studies within the finance department based on Polestar application landscape
- Lead Core Finance, partner dialoges, sprints etc
- Work strategically in collaboration with other departments creating new ways of working and developing the Digital Finance and Purchasing sector
- Own and manage the applications of Core Finance related systems
- Identify and understand business needs, define and drive the delivery of digital solutions to meet those need

About you

- Have a minimum of 8+ years of experience within Digital Finance, preferably within managing ERP project in a global environment or equivalent
- You have proven work experience within a global context
- Experience in Agile Development
- Have at least 8+ years of experience working within Digital
- Have extensive experience from global SAP implementations, primary within the finance domain
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
