About the Customer Acquisition & Services Domain (CAS)
CAS is a digital product domain consisting of six areas: Customer Interactions, Acquisition Tools, Customer Relationship Management, Handover and Vehicle Data, Mobile and In Car Apps and Ownership Experience. Most of the digital products developed by the teams in CAS are customer-facing, some prime examples being the Polestar app, the test drive portal, polestar.com, self-service tools in spaces, service bookings, and many others.
Our mission is to deliver state-of-the-art solutions to attract new customers to the thrilling Polestar universe, as well as provide world-class service to existing customers, while at the same time making the life of Polestars around the globe easier by providing them with user-friendly and effective tools.
Let us describe the challenge we offer
As an Digital Lead at Polestar, you will lead the vision and the roadmap for various high-value digital initiatives. You will be responsible for specific business KPIs and managing external partners. You will work closely with the Digital team to ensure business learnings, insights, and user feedback is translated into new and existing digital product development.
What you'll do
- Work cross-functionally with various Polestar teams to improve and shape future and existing digital products.
- Work as part of the Digital team, Digital Product Manager (DPM)
- Managing digital products lifecycle from inception to production, including managing internal and external design and development teams
- Setting prioritization in terms of capacity, including flagging changes in resource needs to DPM
- Work with Digital and Technical Leads to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stack
- Responsible for following up on team-level KPIs and OKRs, and if needed steer the team's direction to meet set KPIs/OKRs
- Maintain digital product backlogs and roadmaps, communicating updates to stakeholders
- Supports the DPM in budget-planning for technology solutions and external vendors
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience working in the digital/ technology industry with CRM solutions. Preferable Salesforce
- Proven track record of performing in a similar role, with demonstrable skills of leading teams towards a product vision in an agile setting
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business development
- Excellent listener and strong communication skills to be able to create trust and convey complex ideas and alternatives to the team and all stakeholders in different areas (such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT etc.)
- Experience with the direct-to-consumer sales model
- Experience with modern development practices including DevOps, agile methodologies, and system integrations
- Understanding and knowledge of various roles within a digital-first organization and how they interact with the digital product offering
- Experience managing the design, development, and optimization of digital products
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business development
- Experience leading teams towards a product vision in an agile setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
