Digital Lead - Purchase to Pay

We are currently looking for a Digital Lead to join the team working with Purchase to Pay.

About the role

As a Digital Lead you will own, operate and continuously improve the digital products. You will lead the Purchase to pay team in global deliveries based upon (mainly) Workday applications from business requirement gathering and analysis through customizing and deployment done by internal and external resources. You will also support the core finance processes on a global level for all Polestar markets in RoW. In this role, you will identify and understand business needs, plan and prepare the delivery of digital solutions to meet those needs



What you will do

- Lead and enable collaborating cross other Polestar functional teams and partners towards our goals
- Support the establishment of long-term strategies and tactical roadmaps in collaboration with the Finance Cluster
- Ensure and deliver pre-studies within Purchase to Pay based on Polestar application landscape
- Lead the digital enablement, within the area of P2P, for processes on a global level for all Polestar markets.
- Continuously seek improvement and efficient solutions and operations together with other Polestar functional teams and partners


About you

- Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience within Digital Finance, preferably within managing ERP project in a global environment or equivalent
- You have proven working experience within a global context
- Extensive experience from Agile Development and Project Management
- Have at least 5+ years of experience within Digital
- Have experience from global SAP implementations, primary within Finance domain
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
