Digital learning designer, Humana Academy

About the position
As a digital learning designer, you will be a part of the Humana Academy Holding team. You will lead different eLearning productions, either by producing them in our tools Articulate Storyline and/or Rise or coordinate projects to our external suppliers. You can be stationed in any of Humana´s offices with a high flexibility and you will start with producing eLearning. Your main tasks will then be:
- Produce and deliver eLearning and blended learning
- Contact with external suppliers of eLearning within projects
- Project manager for eLearning production
- Guide colleagues in how to contribute within script writing for eLearning production

You are a person who is confident in working independently and takes responsibility for the projects you lead. You cooperate easily with colleagues in different situations. You keep your budget and deadlines, and if not, you will not hesitate to signal about this in time. We hope that you are curious and get motivated by continuously improve yours and others work, and we want you to let us know if something can be done in a better way.
For this assignment you need to have:
- Education and/or experience in the author tools Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Language skills in English and Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.
- Knowledge of MS Office
It is also a merit if you have:
- Experience in leading projects
