About the position
As Digital Learning Developer you will work in the Global Operations team and have a creative and driving role within Talent Development.
You will work closely with your colleagues in the central Talent Development team, the local trainers, and other stakeholders. Your focus will be to create world-class learning experiences to accelerate competence development.

What you will do:
* Develop complex, blended learning solutions that are highly interactive and innovative
* Continuously stretch and innovative to raise the bar on existing learning solutions by development of processes, technology, and methods
* Administrate and maintain structure in our LMS as a Product Owner
* Stay abreast of latest tech trends and contribute to the digitization within the area
* Partner with content developers on the design, development and execution of learning experiences
* Design and develop training for the following:

*           Instructor Led Training
*           Simulations
*           Digital learnings experiences (eLearnings)
*              Virtual learnings experiences
*           Coaching models


You and your skills:  
* Experience in designing and developing interactive digital multimedia (video, audio, animation, games, etc.) learning materials
* Experience from driving a technology agenda and leveraging standard eLearning tools
* Experience from a contact center environment is an advantage
* Solid spoken and written presentations skills in English
* Experience in post-secondary or adult education


To be successful in this role you are creative and pedagogical, you have a positive “can do” attitude and see opportunities in solving tasks. Collaborate with colleagues and work across organizational borders comes naturally for you, and you have experience from managing tasks where digital components are key for delivery. We believe you have a curious, exploratory mindset and will have tech savy role in the team.

Location: Gothenburg or other Customer Care Centre
