Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Come join us as a Digital Learning Producer! It means that you will be able to be creative and produce various forms of different learning solutions. It can for example be, micro learning, e-learning, podcasts, video, gamification and most often a mix of several of these formats.
At Scania Academy we are transforming the learning landscape for all our employees. Our group Digital Learning and Production is responsible for maintaining and developing a portfolio of digital tools and methods. Our job is to create user-centric online trainings that are more than a digital substitute. Our team is also responsible for different learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and others. We support the Scania organisation in the digital transformation where the learning happens in every organization, group and employee.
Your Responsibility
As a Digital Learning producer you will work in close collaboration with others with planning and producing digital learning content.
The work includes tasks such as learning design, script work, production in various authoring tools, film and sound recording as well as editing digital learning material. Elements of project management will also be a part of your job and you will need to plan and time estimate your productions together with a Learning Consultant.
Some examples:
• Have knowledge of systems for distribution, hosting, administration and follow-up of the solutions
• Quality assure, evaluate and follow-up digital learning
• Promote the use of new learning methods and digital tools
• Train/coach customers in; “doing themselves” with the usage of digital tools and methods
• Support in design and implementation of technical initiatives within learning
Most importantly, as a Digital Learning Producer, your aim is to make a difference on the competence journey; through production of modern and user friendly learning modules with motivating content that reaches out, touches, engages and changes.
Experience and skills
As a Digital Learning Producer most importantly is your adaptability, your willingness and that you enjoy to produce learning modules. We believe you have an interest, work experience and/or educational background creating content in different formats and in areas similar to communication, pedagogic and/or HR.
Most importantly you are passionate about creating/producing media content/learning modules in a pedagogical way, both when it comes to the actual developing and producing but also having the focus on the relevance of the message.
The actual tools and methods we use, we know you can learn but of course it is a great benefit if you have a demonstrated experience in working with learning tools such as i.e. Articulate 360, Adobe premiere, Adobe Photoshopor similar. Secondary with creating video, podcast, gamification and animation.
You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speaking and writing.
