As Electrolux now strengthens its global agenda and manage a global system for Learning Management, the organizational learning cross functions and regions will be more critical. We will strengthen our Global Learning team in Group HR in order to further develop our digital learning capability. That’s where you come into picture!
You will report to Electrolux Global VP Talent Management and will be based in our dynamic, international headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
Responsibilities
Your overall responsibility within Learning and Development, lays in the areas of developing our use of various digital ways of accelerating learning, creating digital learning pathways, administer, maintain and curate our internal and external digital learning content and working together with the rest of the Global L&D team, improving the current learning process and supporting the regions with digital learning.
As the Digital Learning Specialist, you will continuously work with our current digital content, to offer relevant learning support to the business. You will support a wide array of development projects with your expertise, how to use digital learning to create growth and building competence. Focus will be on keeping our digital content relevant and updated as well as including new learning resources.
You will work closely with our content partners as well as regional L&D teams and other business units. For us to be even more data driven in our analysis and decisions, measuring effectiveness, usage and the impact of our initiatives is a priority.
Some of your responsibilities
· Administer and maintain Electrolux digital L&D offering (Cornerstone Content Anytime)
· Support the L&D Process Owner with the strategical decisions that are connected to digital learning and content.
· Support global projects and initiatives on how to make use of digital content
· Collect input and feedback from the regions on business requirements and ensure they are prioritized and implemented (change request management)
· Continuously develop and strengthen new learning opportunities by finding new ways to offer learning, create relevant curricula’s and playlists in close cooperation with our content partners.
· In collaboration with our functional learning ambassadors, create relevant playlists for functional academies.
· Drive strong collaboration with our Regional learning administrators and act as key user and trainer for the Regional Learning SME’s and Administrators
· Follow the Cornerstone quarterly release and updates in collaboration with the Technical and Functional Cloud analyst and prioritize releases in accordance with Learning Roadmap

Experience
•Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development
•Experience of working with LMS and digital content libraries
•Experience from working in an international environment
•Strong skills content creation in SCORM
•Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
•Fluency in English
Good understanding on Electroux processes and routines.
