Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
As a Digital Learning Specialist you will play an important role in providing knowledge and insights to build the best possible digital learning experience for Scania employees. You will work closely to two other Digital Learning Specialist. Together you will set the strategies and form your role according to your different skills and strengths.
At Scania Academy we are transforming the learning landscape for all our employees. Our group Digital Learning and Production is responsible for maintaining and developing a portfolio of digital tools and methods. Our job is to create user-centric online trainings that are more than a digital substitute. This team is also responsible for different learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and others. We support the Scania organisation in the digital transformation where the learning happens in every organization, group and employee.
Your Responsibility
As a Digital Learning Specialist your main responsibility will be to provide consultations with business on how to set up the optimal digital learning solutions and content.
Some examples:
• Conduct digital learning needs analyses
• Manage and coordinate projects of digital productions, often to external suppliers
• Support and coach in digital learning
Experience and skills
You preferably have an education in andragogy (adult education) or skills and knowledge in that area. You have project management experience and are good at getting other people on board. We believe you have experience and a great interest in consulting the organisation on learning and/or digitalisation. You have an academic background and are fluent in both English and Swedish in speech and writing. Any skills in communication is a plus.
To be able to succeed in this role you need to be driven and self-motivated, ready to embrace new opportunities every day. You have a positive attitude and are a true team player. You understand the importance of competence development and digital learning for business performance and competitiveness. You have an ability to think big but also work with the details and have a love for having your projects in order. And last but not least you have a creative mindset and a genuine interest in Digital Learning.
