The Manufacturing Engineering Team
We are looking for a new teammate to join the Ghost Squadron! We are a small, multi-cultural team of engineers representing the bi-directional link between R&D and Production to successfully launch and maintain new cars and projects. We are looking for an individual who has a large a passion for engineering to join us on our upcoming challenges. You will be joining a close-knit, multi-disciplinary group of different backgrounds and ages who work together in a demanding and rewarding environment to reach our goals.
Responsibilities
As a Digital Manufacturing Engineer within the Manufacturing Engineering department, you will work both in our industrialization projects, and supporting our production operations. The Technical Implementation role will take responsibility for:

Technical support during system implementation/upgrades

Application and infrastructure maintenance
-
Technical specification of system integrations and/or new functionalities

Collaborate with system suppliers to coordinate joint activities required for implementation and testing.

To be successful within this role you will need to be outgoing and goal driven, both individually and as part of a team. As a person, you are structured, efficient, responsible and good at multi-tasking and achieving results. You are helpful and responsive at the same time as you are working systematically towards your goal. You enjoy new challenges and have an ability to find new solutions four yourself and your team when the need arises. You need to be able manage many tasks at the same time. Aside from this we are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial IT/Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Experience of system integrations and IT infrastructure
- Good knowledge of technical specifications
- Background in Automotive or similar industries
- Strong organizational, analytical and technical communication skills
- Good communication and writing skills in English
- Authentic and responsive person
- Solutions-oriented mindset
