About the role
We are looking at bringing a Digital Marketing Analyst onboard to run experimentation & tun insights into action. In this role you will be our functional expert on all digital platforms, with a focus on our global websites. Joining us as Digital Marketing Analyst means shaping the development of global brands with the highest transformative ambition - we are reaching millions of consumers and your insights and recommendation will allow us to do much more!
You will work closely with different departments on global campaigns for our core brands. Finally, your role will be a mix of both strategical and operational tasks and you will be supported by our digital-savvy Data Analyst, knowledgeable of our current system and you will report to our Director Digital Marketing.
In this role you will also:
- Extract meaningful insights and identify trends and patterns to guide marketing decisionmaking from various digital marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, advertising platforms, and CRM systems.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing, including website traffic and engagement metrics. Identifying areas of success and areas that need improvement.
- Plan and Implement A/B tests to optimize websites working elements working with the platform. Analyse test results and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with different teams to improve website user experience, optimize conversion funnels, and enhance overall customer journey. Conduct usability tests and analyse user behaviour to identify conversion barriers.
- Embed our search strategy with local markets, leading the review and optimisation recommendations from our web traffic demand tool and learnings from markets and media partners.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques. Recommend innovative strategies and technologies to enhance marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide ad-hoc reports to embed a data-first mindset in all key stakeholders’ mind, working with Market Activation Managers and the Digital Director.
About you
You have proven experience in unlocking insight from data to build compelling digital strategies to drive growth. Whenever you approach a problem you are first and foremost consumer centric, clearly articulating the opportunities to improve the consumer journey across our digital touchpoints. You can work with different stakeholders to showcase your findings.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in digital platform analysis tools such as Google Analytics, and data visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing and email marketing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles. Ability to run the test from end to end including tagging.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with large sets of data, extract insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
About the assignment
For this assignment you will be hired as a consultant by Digitalenta. The assignment is for a period of 12 months, with possible extension.
