Job description: As the Digital Marketing Associate (Greater China Market), you'll take ownership of all CELLINK digital marketing, including but not limited to website performance, paid channels, digital publications, email campaigns webinars and more towards to Greater China regional market. You'll work closely across the marketing and sales teams, to continuously improve our lead funnel, with plenty of room to innovate, automate and experiment. The ideal candidate will have the ability not only to mentor and grow a team but also collaborate with senior management.
Responsibilities
· The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for researching, recommending and implementing up-to-date digital best practices that maximize audience engagement to create and sustain a growing lead generation funnel and sales pipeline.
· Implement the strategy for all website SEO, Google AdWords, landing page optimization, paid social, email marketing, and program budgeting and reporting.
· Be the owner of our website and webshop. Know the flows of our web experience like the back of your hand and use data to establish the ideal user path for someone to have a complete understanding for how we help solve the problems of today's modern marketing and sales teams.
· Create and deploy engaging demand gen and nurture email tactics and campaigns.
· Manage webinar platform and execute monthly customer webinars.
· Define and suggest meaningful actions from Pardot and Salesforce reporting with the intention of optimizing leads.
· Provide in-depth reporting and insightful analysis of all digital paid marketing program performance to ensure digital campaign success and measure impact against set goals including traffic, leads, opportunities, and revenue.
· Stay on top of industry trends to identify and implement strategies that will drive traffic, conversion, retention, ROI and profitability.
· Work with external agencies and vendors, as well as partner cross-functionally with internal teams to define timing and success metrics for all digital projects.
Qualifications:
· Work samples of previous digital marketing experience should be submitted with application.
· BA/BS required in marketing related
· 5+ years professional marketing experience for China market.
· Experience in a life science/biotechnology-related field.
· Experience in harnessing and applying data science capabilities across multiple digital channels to align with customer journeys is required.
· G Suite (Adwords, analytics, search console, tag manager)
· Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skill
· Self-starter who is eager to learn.
· Ability to work independently and with a team.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
· Strong project management skills.
· Ability to build and maintain internal relationships within the organization.
