At Stora Enso’s Packaging Materials division, we are looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to plan, develop and execute digital marketing and communications activities targeted at global audience. We need you who can strengthen and optimize our digital content, secure preference for the Stora Enso brand and offering as well as improve and develop the online experience for all stakeholders, including internal audiences.
Tasks
In this role, you will plan and execute a variety of digital marketing and communications activities across a broad range of channels and collaborate with agencies from time to time. You will develop and accelerate our social media presence whilst continuously evaluating and improving the end-to-end customer experience, Lead generation and behaviour. Being responsible for our web pages and other online tools and services, you will produce digital content and ensure brand alignment across the different channels. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) have no secrets to you and you will utilize data analytics tools & services to generate actionable insights. We expect you to be on top of digital marketing trends and come up with new and creative marketing initiatives. We also count on your support in developing the internal virtual events and materials.
Requirements
We value for this role:
• Solid digital marketing experience, especially B2B marketing, from a similar position or agency
• Hands-on experience of web content management and marketing automation. Knowledge of Sitecore and Hubspot are beneficial.
• Strong understanding of lead generation processes, user journeys and personalization.
• Broad experience with digital analytics and SEO tools.
· Experience in setting up and managing custom audiences and paid-campaigns in social media, Google etc.
• Excellent content creation and content optimization skills.
• High creativity in terms of identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experienced user of graphic design programs with good knowledge of visual communication principles.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media or relevant field.
• CRM knowledge, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent skills in English.
• You are positive, dedicated, independent and open and like taking responsibility.
