As a Graduate, you'll play an important part in our long-held ambition to transform the industry, where you will be responsible for our tobacco free products, supporting the growth of our tobacco free product – LYFT.
You will support the digital team in various digital projects, from E-commerce social media and CRM to SEO, Paid Media and Digital Analytics. You will also be responsible for new exciting projects within the team and being project leader for building a digital community of practice across North-Western Europe Area.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
· 18-month rotational programme through our marketing department, with an international assignment within Western Europe (if the situation allows)

· Are you curious and do you have a keep passion for marketing, digital trends, consumer behaviour or E-commerce?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
· You hold a master's degree in the field of marketing, could be with a focus on digital, E-commerce or related fields.
· Graduated in 2019 – 2021.
· You are passionate about digital marketing and you would like to kick-start your career in a global company.
· You have proficiency in both English and one of the Nordic languages (Norwegian/Danish/Finnish/Swedish) – preferable Swedish.
· You have ideally gained hands-on working experience besides or during your studies.
· You are ambitious and motivated by achieving results, as well as analytically sharp, intuitive and a creative problem solver with an open mind set.
· In projects you take ownership and you are equally motivated by working independently and in teams.
· You have excellent communication skills and you are structured; you empower and motivate your colleagues with a positive attitude.
BENEFICIAL
· Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads or Facebook Business Manager
· Basic understanding of various touchpoints within the digital eco system, like PPC, SEO, Social, CRM etc. and digital marketing metrics, so you can measure and explain consumer behaviour and tracking performance
· Have an interest in the FMCG industry
