What you will do
We are looking for someone who will be based in Gothenburg or Stockholm that will take lead on paid social media activities for Global Online Business. You will be doing everything from setting a strategy to launching and evaluating campaigns on multiple channels and markets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

* Set a strategy for our paid social media marketing.
* Together with marketing team and/or agency create and launch social media campaigns.
* Track, measure, optimize and report social media activities.
* Together with marketing team and/or agency discuss and agree on budget allocations for social media.
* Test and evaluate new channels, systems/tools, campaigns and/or ad types.
* Run continuous A/B tests to increase our performance on active channels over time.
* Work on ways to automate parts of our social media marketing.



You and your skills
We believe you have professional experience with data driven social media marketing. Ideally, a minimum of 3 years’ proven experience working for an agency or in-house. The person we’re looking for has a deep understanding of social media marketing and experience from working with the biggest advertising platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.).

With high ambitions and an entrepreneurial mindset, you thrive in cross-functional / interdisciplinary teams. Like the rest of our team you are a co-worker with great communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.  In your work you are independent and creative as well as efficient and smart.

Additional language above English will be a bonus.
