To strengthen Global Online Business department, we are now looking to hire a Digital Marketing Lead Programmatic.

Your mission
We are looking for someone who will take lead on programmatic display & video activities for Global Online Business. You will be doing everything from setting a strategy to launching and evaluating campaigns on multiple channels and markets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to set a strategy for our programmatic (display & video) marketing. It is key that you are a strong relationship builder and together with the marketing team and/or agency create and launch programmatic campaigns.
You are a structured, curious and analytical person who will track, measure, optimize and report programmatic activities. In line with our strategies and in collaboration with the marketing team and/or agency you will discuss and agree on budget allocations for programmatic marketing.

To be successful it is of essences that you are skilled in testing and evaluating new channels, systems/tools, campaigns and/or ad types. You also have experience in running continuous A/B tests to increase our performance on active channels over time. Work on ways to automate parts of our programmatic marketing.

Who you are?
You have professional experience with data driven programmatic marketing. Ideally, a minimum of 3 years’ proven experience working for an agency or in-house. The person we are looking for has a deep understanding of programmatic marketing and experience from working with the biggest Demand-side Platform (DV360, Adform, AppNexus, theTradeDesk, Adobe Advertising Cloud etc.).

With high ambitions and an entrepreneurial mindset, you thrive in cross-functional / interdisciplinary teams. Like the rest of our team you are a co-worker with great communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.  In your work you are independent and creative as well as efficient and smart.

We see that this person is fluent in English. Any additional languages are bonuses.
