We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Lead for TV to an exciting opportunity with our client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity, a contract starting as soon as possible until April 2023 with the possibility for an extension.
Job Description: The Digital Marketing Lead TV sits in the TV marketing team within the Consumer Electronics division. The vision for the TV marketing team is to deliver best in class marketing strategy, activities and plans that position us as the number one brand within each product category, and support the sales both today and in the future. On a day to day basis the job will entail things such as building marketing plans, driving digital excellence and expertise, delivering media campaigns, and aligning content plans for all our touchpoints. The overall objective is to grow brand preference, create desire and consideration of our AV (sound) and TV products to help Samsung remain the most innovative and consumer focused brand in the Nordic region. As a Digital Marketing Lead TV your job is to ensure we have a strong marketing plan and calendar which is maximised from a digital perspective. You thrive on both setting the plan and delivering it. You will be responsible for delivering in to the Nordic Go-To-Market planning and execution for product launches and always-on communication to increase consumer demand and drive purchase. You lead the optimization and execution of the campaigns, setting total digital strategy for all our touchpoints, knowing what drives the end consumer in each stage of the funnel. And you collaborate with the full team to set a digital first, 360 activation plan that will ultimately deliver sales. You also support the overall delivery of campaigns and activation, knowing that teamwork and collaboration ensures we drive the business forward. This will also mean working with external parties and companies to deliver campaigns and activations in the overall TV and AV marketing plan.
Key Accountabilities/Job Scope:
Responsible for the development of the annual digital first marketing roadmap for all TV and AV campaigns.
Responsible for setting objective and KPIs, content and development, execution and follow-up of the activities carried out.
Deliver in to the overall Go-To-Market plan and process during product launches, ensuring the digital touchpoints and activities are optimized.
Lead the delivery of digital always on campaigns and activations ensuring maximum impact across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to drive content, engagement and plans through both owned and paid channels.
Analyze campaign performance and drive learnings to grow further with the retailers.
Continuously optimize campaigns and activations.
Together with the full Marketing team, secure optimal investment and mix of activations for given product groups and customers.
Required Qualifications & Experience: Relevant academic education.
Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience from a similar role, with digital leadership.
Proven track record of setting and optimizing digital plans based on overall marketing strategy and executing the plans in successful ways.
Exceptional understanding of developing integrated digital marketing plans and activities for maximum impact and ROI.
Proven track record of identifying and applying consumer insights successfully to all digital campaigns and touchpoints.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to see opportunities for improvement.
Strong business acumen and experience in working with product marketing.
A natural team player with strong self-leadership who knows what winning is only possible with the team.
Creative problem-solver with a natural drive to see solutions instead of problems, who will live our brand ethos of Do what you can't.
A bold and ambitious but humble marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, highly changeable environment without losing motivation or focus on the end-goal.
