As Digital Marketing Manager for WorkShop, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and developing marketing strategies to support our growth journey of becoming a global consumer experience powerhouse. Your main goal will be to attract potential clients, talents and help us become thought leaders of the industry. In addition, you will have the opportunity to consult on creative projects and support teams in digital campaign development.
You should have proven experience in marketing a company through multiple digital channels and developing yearly marketing plans, driving them, and implementing them. You should comprehend the needs and reasons for different marketing channels and how to activate them for your set goals. You will understand how to measure the effects of your initiatives by turning the data into valuable insights and seamlessly report them to the management team.
You are the leader of these marketing initiatives, who can brief, give efficient project plans and feedback sessions to our amazing team of creatives, designers and motion designers who will help bring your plans to life.
You should be self-sufficient and be able to take on this challenge from the get-go.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and execute all digitally lead marketing activities, social media, SEO/SEM, press, email and newsletters to support new business and employee branding.
• Manage the annual marketing budget.
• Responsible for our CRM system and analyze the client acquisition process, channels and optimize the funnel.
• Measure, evaluate and report relevant KPI´s and insights to management.
• Stay on top of trends, merging platforms and tech and spread the word with the teams.
• Be updated on relevant industry events such as awards and conferences for WorkShop to participate in.
• Develop WorkShops own seminar offering with the relevant teams and coordinate the communication with clients.
WE BELIEVE THAT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE HAS:
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in similar positions
• Relevant marketing education or studies
• Experience working with relevant social media and analytic tools as well as MS Office
• Not mandatory but a big plus if you have experience with design, image and film processing and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
Start: As soon as possible or according to agreement
