Digital Marketing Manager

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and markets.
You will play a key role taking Digital Marketing to the next level and being able to influence our way forward. In this role you can really make a difference and we can promise you an exciting journey.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Our new Digital marketing manager will join a team of digital marketing specialists and work with the Central marketing team, local marketing teams and agencies.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies, identify trends and provide thought leadership and perspective to optimize spend and performance
Identify and implement on-line monitoring tools

Background / Qualifications:
Degree in marketing or a related field and/or proven working experience from digital marketing
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Experience in creating relevant user journeys
Solid knowledge of inbound marketing tools (e.g. Pardot, Hubspot, Marketing cloud), website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), CRM and CMS platforms
Experience in optimizing content for SEO performance


Preferred location is our Headquarter in Mölndal / Gothenburg, but we are also open to someone who can work remotely from any of our larger sites in Europe. You will report into our Head of Corporate Marketing Communication.
