As a Digital Marketing Manager, you drive the strategic and operational marketing work to set goals and objectives in accordance with the planned marketing strategy. The goal is to develop, modernize, and strengthen the Clavister brand.

Role
You develop and run our marketing strategy based on the digital and have insight into how to combine offline and online media to attract new customers while building the brand. You report to the Director of Marketing for Clavister and work in close collaboration within the Marketing team, Manager of Corporate Communication and our Virtual Solutions Teams.
Your main tasks will consist of developing, planning, implementing and following up activities for both brand building and business-driven communication. Examples of tasks and areas of responsibility can be seen below. We hope you are a person who with your creativity and skills will develop this list into what we need most to create growth.
- Works with the sales and channel teams to design lead generation and account based integrated marketing campaigns including email, website and social media channels
- Management of integrated CRM and marketing automation platform (Click Dimensions)
- Defining the marketing process, qualification and scoring for marketing to sales leads conversions
- Co-ordinates regional telemarketing campaigns working with regional agencies
- Manages paid ads and LinkedIn campaigns
- Co-ordinates channel marketing plans with channel partner management team
- Oversees digital channels like Website and associated content creation, page design etc
- Tracks performance, reporting and analytics of marketing campaigns
Your profile

To succeed in the role, we see that you have 5+ years of experience of a similar role in digital marketing, preferably with B2B and / or a company that has made a growth journey. You are creative and analytical. You have the ability to create plans that best activate the recipient throughout the journey from brand awareness to conversion. You are a doer who can both plan, produce and follow up projects independently. You also enjoy working in teams and hooking up with others.
