Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to Incontinence Care (Professional Care) within Global Hygiene Category (GHC). GHC leads SCA’s hygiene brand portfolio and delivers brand development and innovation for our three business areas, Incontinence Care, Consumer Goods and Professional Hygiene.
As a Digital Manager you will work closely with local markets, category communication managers, content editors and relevant media and creative agencies. The position holder is a member of the Master Brand & Communications Team and will report to the TENA Global Communication Director professionals. The position will be based in Gothenburg.



Main Tasks
Be responsible for developing and coordinating global digital strategy and the execution within B2B.
Be responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating the overall target group specific digital initiatives
Responsible for coordinating the development of the digital launch campaigns in close collaboration with lead local markets
Own and update keyword lists per target group, to fulfill SEO and PPC agreed targets.
Support Communication managers in optimizing the digital touchpoints in the ECO system.
Support the global communication managers in defining and follow up digital channel(s) objectives and KPIs and share best practice.
Secure an efficient collaboration with agencies and other vendor partners.
Support global communication managers with external agency contacts in digital campaigns.
Responsible for the overall digital content and aligning that with the overall launch and campaign plans, working close together with the digital content editor and the global communication managers.

Key Competencies
5 year experience in digital communication within B2B and/or B2C.
Effective team player with drive to maintain deadlines and deliver to schedules and activity demands.
Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing in English
Strong collaboration and networking skills.
Structured and well organized with attention to details
Self-motivated, objective driven with ability to work autonomously.
International experience and exposure is an advantage.

Furthermore, you are a creative initiation with social skills and with an urge to drive the TENA business forward and with a passion for digital communication.
