Tasks and responsibilities:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the global digital marketing team and work globally across the company with developing and owning the group digital marketing strategy. This includes website, digital content, digital marketing, search engine optimization, social media and other demand generation tactics. You will supervise and coach a team of two people, which consists of a Web coordinator and an Online specialist.
Moreover, your main responsibilities and duties are listed below:
• Own and drive the development of the company’s digital platforms and tools.
• Create an infrastructure for lead generation, inbound marketing, and automation.
• Own and drive campaign and lead management in close cooperation with regions, including lead stage criteria, lead scoring, and funnel management.
• Own digital marketing metrics, analytics, and KPI, present results to leadership, and recommend solutions. This includes overseeing the progress and evaluation of campaigns, providing insight to recommend iterative improvements.
• Understand customer behavior and marketing performance, conducting A/B split testing, analysing data to optimize campaigns.
• Drive web design, UX and UI by working with IT to manage user experience across platforms and assisting with problem resolution.
• Promote digital innovation across the organization and drive a data-driven approach to marketing strategies and plans.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• At least 3-4 years of professional experience managing the digital consumer journey, either from an international company or a digital agency.
• Proven experience from leading, planning and executing successful multi-channel campaigns, with reference to inbound, lead generation, paid social media, search ads, and email marketing.
• Experience in CMS is required, EPiServer is a merit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
