Reference number: 1842 In order to further strengthen our Digital Marketing & Communications Team, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. WHAT WILL YOU DO? As our Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for optimizing our customers’ digital experience and you are responsible for our digital hubs.

You will be working closely with different stakeholders both within marketing and other functions to drive a common priority roadmap for our digital channels and make sure that we work with integrated sales & marketing activities and activations, while connecting and maximizing the different digital touchpoints.

You will have an important role in the company's digital marketing & communications organization, and will be coaching internal and external stakeholders on how to best use our digital channels to increase both traffic and qualitative lead generation with our website and extranets as a central piece of the puzzle.

Your responsibilities include:

Lead digital communicative concept development process, evaluation and design of digital content, functionality and applications Drive processes and work to optimize our digital channels from a functional and sales driving perspective Governance and development of digital channels Digital project management & coordination for content & functionality Managing and coordinating requirements from stakeholders Managing and coordinating editor guidelines, training & support You actively drive the work to strengthen the digital channels together with your colleagues in the digital marketing team You work closely with our Global & Regional Marketing Teams Nurturing a strong cooperation with the IT Web Team Manage internal and external agencies
This is a new role, so you will also be responsible of developing and improving our digital infrastructure and managing forums and governance set up.

You report to the Director of Communications.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You are a strategic and communicative doer. You are a passionate, open-minded team player and self-going doer with speed and engagement, and a high level of drive and energy. You need to be flexible and open-minded to new ideas, and have an ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment without losing track on priorities.

You are comfortable to communicate with and convince different target groups, with a good ability to build networks, both externally and internally. Finally, we see that you are business oriented and non-prestigious and you are following the digital evolution and media landscape with great commitment.

In addition to above you have:

University degree or equal within digital marketing and communication 3-5 years’ work experience from similar roles Experience and proven track record of managing global web, digital marketing and digital channels Fluent in English, both written and spoken, other languages are a plus Experience from international company or marketing/communication agency is an advantage Knowledge and experience in running complex projects with internal and external teams
