Digital Marketing Manager - Entry Level Job

Native Finnish and Swedish speaker, proficient English speaker

Description:

As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will be required to actively assist in the online marketing strategy conception and roll-out, with a strong emphasis on content management and affiliate / direct partner prospecting and onboarding. A desired candidate will need to be creative, independent, well organised, and comfortable with multitasking as they will be working with multiple markets and teams, including Finland, Sweden; in both Swedish, Finnish, and English languages.

Responsibilities:

Works directly with the Head of Marketing, Country Directors, operational team, and IT/Product team to help implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that increase new customer acquisition and retention, overall revenue, and enhance brand awareness.

- Assists in marketing strategy roll-out, with a strong emphasis on content management and affiliate / direct partner prospecting and onboarding.

- Develops and integrate content marketing strategies

- Creates, publishes, and manages content for various marketing channels, including
social media, emailing, blogs, website and more

- Creates designs (images and videos) aligned with brand guidelines for all marketing channels online and offline if needed

- Keeps up to date on the latest designs, trends on social media and emailing

- Keeps up to date with current digital trends

- Actively prospects, onboards, and manages a professional relationship with affiliate and other paid partners

- Actively proposes new campaign and promotional ideas to test

- Coordinates final products and disseminates finished products as required within established timelines.

- Helps implement an SEO strategy and ensures that all landing pages and blogs are SEO friendly

- Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities

- Measures and reports the results of marketing initiatives.

- If needed, interacts with digital agencies to ensure a successful campaign / project roll-out

- Performs other marketing duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skill Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal skills: strategic thinker, doer’s attitude, and charisma.

- Native Finnish and Swedish speaker with excellent written communication skills, proficient English speaker

- Ability to present ideas and solutions through effective communication

- Creative with a good feel for design

- Self-starter with ability to work independently and remotely

- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment

- Creative with design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Canva)

- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, Affiliate partners, Emailing platforms (Campaign Monitor / Mailchimp and the likes), SEO tools (MOZ/ Href and the likes), social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)

- Good at business development - partner prospecting and onboarding

Minimum Experience Required:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing / e-commerce, or related field.

- Job Field: Minimum (2) years of experience in online marketing roles.

- Local market knowledge and experience

- Native Swedish and Finnish speaker

- Proven fluency in written and verbal English

- Office location: ChangeGroup Sweden Head Office at Kungsgatan 60 in Stockholm, Sweden with flexibility to work from remote.

- Start date: Immediately (within possible notice period).
