Besedo is a content moderation company: we combine AI and human labor to help our clients manage their online content. Our largest customers are ecommerce and dating companies (Ebay, Meetic, Hyperconnect), but we are now targeting the sharing economy (Uber, Airbnb), gaming and online communities, where we plan on engaging more small and medium sized companies. We are growing fast in spite of COVID and have the ambition of increasing sales fivefold in five years and become a world leader. We have clients and offices all over the world, and right now are focusing on Asian markets and the United States. From 2019 our technology has developed and moved closer to the heart of the company. To enter this new phase, the sales team was strengthened and management was reorganized: we are now looking for a Digital Content Manager / Growth Hacker.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
Our marketing department is responsible for all lead generation to sales through adwords, paid media, content marketing and digital campaigns. The role therefore requires that you have good cooperation skills and a good understanding of what generates leads and how Besedo can optimize its marketing in different channels to increase conversion. The role also includes responsibility for Social Media and keyword optimization, both in content and on the site (SEO and SEM). As Digital Marketing Manager, you will work together with the Content Marketing Manager Sigrid Zeuthen.
REQUIREMENTS FOR EXPERIENCE / SPECIFIC SKILLS
• Extensive experience of data analysis & growth hacking, ie constantly measuring and coming up with new marketing activities to increase conversion.
• Extensive experience of working independently with Google tools, such as Google Analytics, Adwords etc.
• Experience and understanding of Saas and new technologies, especially mar-tech.
• Experience of having sold a service without a strong brand.
• Accustomed to buying media and making demands to third-party agencies.
• Experience from content marketing, basic knowledge on how to create content yourself.
• Agency experience.
• Knowledgeable in SEO, SEM and marketing automation. Fluent English in speech and writing
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Hubspot and A/B testing are a plus.
