Digital Marketing Manager Nordic
It is an exciting time to join IMCD, while we’re embarking on a Digital Transformation journey. As Digital Marketing Manager Nordic you will be a valuable addition to the core of our growing Group Digital Marketing team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of inbound marketing strategies with a key focus on driving traffic to the IMCD Nordic website(s), content management and delivering best-in-class customer experiences throughout multiple digital channels with the overall objective to generate Marketing Qualified Leads for Sales teams. Based in Malmö the position will act as the strategic advisor to local Management and business teams.
Position responsibilities
Manage the IMCD Nordic website(s) and initiate customer-centric ideas for further development of value added functionalities and components, closely collaborating with Group Product Owners and Sitecore technical lead on website strategies, data analysis, planning and priorities
Drive and continuously increase traffic and grow the audience of our IMCD Nordic website(s) through amongst others hands-on SEO strategies, keyword research, link building, SEA and targeted advertising campaigns
Identify trends & insights to continuously optimize multi-channel conversions, spendings and performance through data-driven decisions
Content management and maintenance of the IMCD Nordic website(s)
Work closely together with Group Digital Designer on setting up appealing webpages and landing pages
Partner with our local Sales, technical and business teams to initiate and execute strong inbound marketing strategies focused on lead generation for Sales teams
Act as local Marketing Automation Manager in setting up and driving integrated multi-channel campaigns, customer journeys, engagement programs and value added content strategies
Deliver best-in-class customer experience and prospect conversion at every touchpoint in the buyer journey through personalization, A/B testing and page optimization
Measure and report performance of all campaigns and activities, assess ROI and KPIs
Act as the key point of contact for all local Digital Marketing and website related questions, including local stakeholder management
Position profile
Degree in (Digital) Marketing, Customer Experience, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 4 years in a similar role within a fast-paced organisation
Experience in working with Content Management Systems (Sitecore is a plus)
In possession of the Pardot Certified Specialist credential or willing to take a training and become certified on short term
Strong track record and demonstrated experience in lead generation and achieving business growth through Inbound Marketing and hands-on SEO, SEA and targeted advertising campaigns in a B2B environment
Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search console, Hotjar etc.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to drive initiatives and conversion optimization through data insight
Understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Nordic market
Based in Sweden, Malmö area
