Your new role
Our business idea is straight forward, we make beverages. Our main purpose is to delight customers and consumers with great beverages and service, creating shared and sustainable value. As our new Digital Marketing Manager you will be part of optimizing the customer and shopper activation through digital expertise and innovation. Your main objective will be to support the organization by identifying customer and shopper needs and based on this create the best blueprint for marketing and e-commerce activations. With your digital abilities, dedication and communication skills you will create business value and inspire the customer marketing managers to become self-sufficient in running successful digital activations.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Identify customer and shopper needs
Identify and implement new digital marketing tools and programs that connect with shoppers and customers to create interaction with our products and drive transactions through a digital interface
Lead test projects for digital activations and marketing to determine desired effect including scalable roll out plans for successful activation
Secure result mindset for all activations which includes access to relevant data, definition of KPIs, measurement tools and evaluations for continuous optimization and best results
Develop an internal digital toolbox for continuous best case gathering and sharing both internally and externally
Work in partnership with our customer marketing managers to best leverage our customers digital tools and platforms to connect shoppers with our brands in the most effective way
Work in partnership with the Coca-Cola Company to connect digital consumer activation with digital shopper activation
Work across all key channels including e-commerce, grocery, on the go, leisure, food service (including food aggregators), on premise and B2B
Project lead digital projects in collaboration with IT, Marketing, Key Accounts and Sales
Continuously drive internal digital capabilities and upskill Customer Marketing Managers with tools and resources needed to run successful digital activations
You will report to Head of Digital Sweden and be placed in our wonderful office in Jordbro, Stockholm.
Are you the one?
We consider it as requirements that you have:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or a related field
At least 4 years’ experience of leading development of digital platforms and sales driven initiatives in a commercial setting
Strong growth hacker mindset from e-com and digital marketing
Knowledge and skills in digital project management, data analysis, website optimization and KPI tracking
Experience building websites, working in a CMS such as Silverstripe, Wordpress or similar, and measuring data through Google Analytics
Basic skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Valid work permit in Sweden

You are proactive and have an ability to identify and make decisions based on business and customer value. Since you will be managing stakeholders both internally and externally, we believe that you are a strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
