Digital Marketing Producer

Do you enjoy the fast pace of content production? Do you also enjoy giving creative teams the support they need in terms of workflow structure and process?
That’s what you will do here at Toca Boca. You’ll be heading up a digital content production team of storytelling experts, creating concepts and content designed to take our brand to the next level. The Producer leads the digital content production and team; managing the production of all our brand and marketing-related projects that are produced by Creative Hub.
You’ll be part of the Marketing Management Team in a diverse and growing marketing team that consists of 20 experienced marketeers covering everything from brand and performance marketing to designing assets and creatives that kids love.
This is a 15 months position, as our current Producer Iris is going on maternity leave in june. Check out our Instagram, TikTok and YouTube channels to get more of a taste of the content you’ll be in charge of.
What you’ll be doing
You will lead the Creative Hub team of 8 creatives and their day-to-day task management. The team works across all the studios IP’s, with a big spread on creative expressions - such as SoMe assets, branding, swag, copywriting, showreels, B2B, logo creation, and more.
You’ll work closely with our Brand Marketing Managers, Social Media Specialist, and Creative Director - to plan out content priorities - and Head of Marketing. You’ll also work closely with other digital producers on app content release planning.
You’ll help facilitate ideation and coordinate the production of social and campaign assets for various partnerships and brand collaborations.
You’ll manage consultants working in Creative Hub, external production partners, the production budget, and the Creative Hub resource planning and recruitment.

You have experience working with a creative team as a producer, project manager or production manager - producing content for social media and beyond. You are also used to collaborating with external partners and brands.

This position is a 15 months fixed term contract, based in our Stockholm office. As this is a temporary position we won’t be relocating anyone. We have a collective agreement (kollektivavtal) giving you all the things you "should have" and more. The company language is English, therefore your application should be in English.
