In this role, you will join our European digital marketing team and you will have the product ownership of our Digital Product Catalogue Tool (PCT). You will be the owner dedicated to bridging the IT, Marketing and other cross-functional internal and external teams in order to bring features to life in the PCT, and clearly communicate product benefits, roadmap and integration points with other systems to our users and internal stakeholders. Your focus as Product Owner will be to derive business value from the PCT, engage with stakeholders for feedback and requirements, and communicate the product vision from leadership to the development and implementation teams.
It is a hands-on product management role, and includes system configuration, user management and issue investigation. Other responsibilities will include gathering product requirements, shepherding projects to launch, and monitoring/measuring user experience and feature adoption. Key responsibility
Digital Marketing Product Specialistwill be responsible for:
· User account management
· First level user support and issue troubleshooting
· Create and deliver end user training
· Manage product backlog with development partner, including writing user stories, prioritizing issues, UAT, managing releases and release communication to end users
· Manage and support to continue onboarding in progress market into the tool
· Manage PCT user community Sharepoint site and content
· Schedule, set agenda, and facilitate KUG (key user group) meetings
· Monitor and report on platform statistics and utilization
· Deliver remaining 2019 platform objectives, define and deliver 2020 objectives in partnership with Retail and Shopper Marketing team

Bachelor's degree
Digital marketing related experience
